Lucy Hernandez joined EZCORP in September 1991 as a Customer Service Representative. Over more than three decades with the Company, she has held leadership positions across multiple functions, most recently being appointed Chief Operations Administration Officer in October 2026. In her current role, Lucy oversees operations administration, real estate, facilities, loss prevention, and asset protection.
