Blair Powell
Chief Operating Officer
Blair was named the Chief Operating Officer in March 2022. He originally joined EZCORP in Houston as a Pawnbroker in 1989 and has held all field level positions, including Regional Director of Operations. He moved into Store Operations at the Support Center in 2000 and served as the company’s top Operations Administration executive for many years. He was appointed President, US Pawn in September 2020, President, Global Pawn in October 2021 and Co-Interim Chief Executive Officer in January 2022.
